We are looking for a PC/Desktop Imaging Technician (ServiceNow) to offer technical support to users of computer systems.Responding to inquiries or addressing computer issues for users in person, over the phone, or from a remote location.Respond to user questions about the operation of computer software or hardware to troubleshoot problems, usually of a simpler natureMay remotely install software or conduct hardware testsInput commands and monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and identify errorsKeep records of daily communications, issues, corrective actions, or installation activitiesConsult technical manuals, discuss issues with users, or perform computer diagnostics to solve problems and provide technical assistance and support
Qualifications:ServiceNow Ticketing experienceWork in a break/fix environmentStrong soft skills, and in-person IT support experiencePrior role with PC imaging experience, Autopilot is the current tool being usedExperience setting up and installing audio and visual equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitorsAbility to work onsite full time at the Irvine, CA campus (up to 1 mile of walking per day)An Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training is required2-4 years of experience neededStrong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, customer service, and interpersonal skillsBasic capability to operate independently and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with computer software, including configuration management, desktop communications, operating systems, and internet directory services softwareGeneral knowledge of audiovisual devices, such as projectors, sound systems, and Crestron systems
