We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the ServiceNow Platform Strategic Portfolio Management SPM Lead In this key role you will be responsible for leading the technical roadmap and development of the SPM module within the ServiceNow platform The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in portfolio management and a proven track record in guiding technical teamsRole ResponsibilitiesLead the design development and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management SPM module on the ServiceNow platformCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM frameworkDevelop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectivesProvide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM moduleOversee the configuration customization and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applicationsEnsure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module coordinating with support teams as necessaryStay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module
RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldProven experience 3 to 5 years in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutionsStrong background in portfolio management processes and methodologiesExtensive handson experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customizationProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languagesExperience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholdersServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management CISITBM Strategic Portfolio Management SPM is advantageous
