Requirements: • Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Service Desk, Service Catalog, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) (5+ years) • Experience as a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (4+ years) • Experience as a Certified Professional Application Developer or Certified Professional Implementer (3+ years) • Experience with ServiceNow Platform Implementation. • Expertise in ServiceNow Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) Server. • Experience in configuring, managing, and supporting ServiceNow CMDB modules like Discovery, HAM, SAM, and Service Mapping. • Experience with custom widgets, Flow Design, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Employee Center. • Experience in Glide Ajax scripting. Preferred: • Valid ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications. • Experience with ITIL principles and ServiceNow ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Performance Analytics. • Experience administering Windows servers and working in criminal justice IT environments. • Experience working with multiple companies or agencies within a single instance of ServiceNow. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Serve as the ServiceNow System Administrator. • Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow usage and development. • Maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform. • Configure and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform. • Manage and support workflows within ServiceNow. • Implement new features and updates to the platform. • Provide technical end-user support for the ServiceNow platform
