Overview We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Technical Resources that can implement the ITOM & ITAM ServiceNow modules and can enable our clients, build custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications.
Your primary focus will be the technical and logistical deployment of solutions that fit our clients' business needs by developing new ServiceNow modules and web services to exchange data between ServiceNow and other technology systems using programming best practices.
Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management.Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL processes.Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and development work.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend best practices.Stay updated with new features and functionality within the ServiceNow platform and recommend upgrades and process improvements.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Requirements 8+ years of experience configuring and developing applications on the ServiceNow platformREQUIRED ServiceNow certifications: Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and a minimum of TWO Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Script Includes, etc.Providing strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends to clientsAnalyzing and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutionsProposing integration and automaton with other tools whenever possible
CompensationThe estimated pay range for this position is $150,000-$180,000 with a very attractive variable commission structure to exceed 2-3X of base salaryHealthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Career development reimbursement program
