VASS is looking for and experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our client's team in Luxembourg, remotely from EU.
Responsibilities:Test Planning:
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand project requirements and ServiceNow configurations.Develop comprehensive ATF test cases, test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Test Automation (ServiceNow ATF) - MANDATORY
Setting up automated testing on the ServiceNow platform.
Testing Execution:
Perform various types of testing, including ATF results post analysis/repocessing, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT), on ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Execute test scripts, record test results, and document defects, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting.
Data Testing:
Validate data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.Verify data transformations, mappings, and data loading procedures for correctness and completeness.
Regression Testing:
Conduct ATF regression testing after each ServiceNow configuration change or customization update.Ensure existing functionality remains intact and unaffected by new developments.
Performance Testing:
Collaborate with developers and architects to design and execute performance tests on ServiceNow applications.Identify performance bottlenecks, assess system scalability, and ensure optimal ServiceNow platform performance.
User Experience (UX) Testing:
Evaluate the user interface and user experience of ServiceNow applications, focusing on intuitiveness, responsiveness, and accessibility.Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements and collaborate with developers to enhance user satisfaction.
Documentation:
Document test cases, test results, and defects found during testing.Prepare test summary reports, highlighting key findings and areas of improvement.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with developers, configurators, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.Communicate testing progress, challenges, and results effectively to the project team and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the project.Provide feedback to enhance the overall quality assurance practices of the project team.
Test Automation:
Perform by setting up automated testing on the ServiceNow platform (TTF frameworks experience).
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English (min.C1).At least 3 years’ experience leading automated test cases on the ServiceNow platforms (ServiceNow ATF), ideally with experience on HAM and ITSM projects. Critical thinking, attention to details Strong proficiency in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium or similar technologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray, ServiceNow Test Management 2.0). Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation.
Additional assets:French knowledge is an asset (At least B-2)Experience with European Commission is an assetEngineering or computer science background
Nice-to-have:Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.Working Conditions: Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 07h00 and 20h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
