Our work depends on Information Systems Sr Manager joining our team.HOW AN INFORMATION SYSTEMS SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Manages employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.● Senior Remote Operations Manager responsible for the oversight of the following teamsUser Account Management teamTier 2 Remote Support teamCOE (Center Of Excellence) Remote Support teamTPAM (Elevated Access Multi Factor Authentication) Support teamProblem Management● Deputy to Operations Director providing back up support to the following teams Availability ManagementChange ManagementService DeliveryEnterprise Management● Escalation point for all teams within Operations Framework for assistance with complex issues ● Approve all ServiceNow tickets for requests for Operations employees● Monitor SLAs and adjust team posture to improve performance as needed● Monitor Staffing Levels against SLA performance and recommend changes as needed ●Worked directly with Program Management Office to resolve operational and customer impacting issues ● Provide backup coverage for Operations Framework Director ● Recommended opportunities for new automations as well as enhancements to existing WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in a senior management role● Required Technical Skills: Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise IT services● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly● Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management.● Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. ● Location: On Site● US Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from #GREENWAY#ITPolyMD
