*Role and Accountabilities:*
· This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of Service Now related technical engagements.
· The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
· Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities during ServiceNow implementation.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
· Design and implement tailored Service Now solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives.
· Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
· Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization. Provide strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems ensuring seamless workflow and data consistency.
· Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes.
*Qualifications:*
· Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management and ITOM systems, preferably including experience with Service Now.
· Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
· Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.
· Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
*Preferred:*
· ITIL v3 certification
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
