*Job Description:*
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other configurations.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, APIs, and third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, applications, and integrations.
Implement security policies, roles, and access controls in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for development, testing, and deployment processes.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the ServiceNow platform.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes and ServiceNow ITSM module.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow development.
Experience with workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with integration methods like REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per year
