*Job Description:*
We are looking for a talented of experience to join our client's dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and custom applications.
* Create and modify workflows, forms, scripts, and reports to automate business processes.
* Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and incidents.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
*Qualifications:*
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
* Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
*Bonus Points:*
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
* ITIL foundations certification
