Job Description: ServiceNow Senior Developer
*Department:* IT Project Management Office
*Location:* Rochester, MI 48307 (Remote, occasional on-site meetings)
*Shift:* Days | 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
*Type:* 6-Month Contract (Potential for extension or conversion to FTE)
*Responsibilities:*
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure ITIL/ITSM best practices are followed.
* Develop and maintain applications, ensuring HIPAA compliance and healthcare standards.
* Integrate and optimize ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Support team initiatives for mobile, SecOps, and Employee Center features.
*Required Qualifications:*
* *Education:* BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (HS diploma/GED required for equivalent experience).
* *Experience:*
* 7+ years in an ITIL/ITSM environment.
* 4+ years in application/system development/programming.
* 3+ years ServiceNow development.
* 3+ years in healthcare IT.
* *Technical Skills:* Familiarity with SQL and HIPAA standards.
*Certifications (at least one required):*
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
* ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics
* Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, VR, ITSM)
*Preferred Skills:*
* Expertise in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Mobile, Employee Center, SecOps, and SPM.
*Note:* Local candidates preferred for occasional on-site meetings. Interviews will assess technical and process knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
